We are the first and largest year-round indoor market offering 100% heart and handmade local goods to the NWA community. Our mission is to support small business Makers in developing, promoting and expanding their business brand. Our model is unique in that we will independently partner with each Maker to create a customized partnership that is equally financially beneficial for Maker and Market!

Made Market requires products be "made".  Made Market defines "made" as crafted, molded and/or manipulated from it's original form.
No. All Makers are welcome to apply!
The sales floor will be strategically designed to showcase Maker’s products as curated COLLECTIONS vs. the industry standard booth format. The market will partner with each Maker to determine the best, most optimal way to merchandise and showcase their product(s), which could include a variety of space options - booth,  table vignette, shelves, walls and/or special areas such as bakery, library, etc.  
Step 1- Complete the FREE application, owner will personally review and will respond with next steps within 30 days of application submission. If Maker advances to step 2...Step 2- Maker will receive an invitation to attend a product review meeting in the Bentonville/Rogers area. For non-local Makers, your process looks different. We will work to make this process as convenient and flexible as possible. If Maker advances to step 3...Step 3- Made Market will begin agreement negotiations with Maker. This discussion will likely include product feedback and selections (all products from the Maker may or may not be selected), business goals, merchandising recommendations, marketing strategy, inventory space requirements, etc. If Maker signs a Made Market Partnership Agreement, step 4...Step 4: Make Market will partner with Maker on onboarding processes and procedures!!!

Yes, short-term pop-up, 6 or 12 months, are offered.
Yes. A monthly partnership fee is required, plus a commission percentage of gross sales. All fees are negotiated between the market and the Maker.
Yes. Made Market prefers to provide all space design and display items in an effort to maintain a cohesive organic, earthy, natural interior design and will collaborate with each Maker to maintain this style. Should Maker have a specific design or display need, Made Market is open to collaborating on that need.
Simple Consign. This POS offers the following: sales reporting, inventory tracking, unique bar code IDs and more.
Yes. SimpleConsign assigns Maker a unique barcode ID label for each item. The Maker is responsible for pricing and tagging items for the sales floor.
Yes. Absolutely. As a matter of fact, this is the POINT! Made Market encourages all Makers to promote their brand and encourages all products sold include Maker brand/logo on labels/tags. If you do not have a logo/brand, this is a benefit offered by Made Market in the standard benefits package.
Makers will have the option to replenish their own inventory or ship inventory to the market for replenishment. In either case, Makers must price and tag all inventory before restocking the sales floor and/or before shipping inventory to the market for replenishment. Made Market does not price or tag inventory.
The Market will operate Tuesday - Sunday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Makers are encouraged to use Mondays to restock inventory, film social media content, etc.
No. At this time, we are not selling online; however, this is a future consideration.
We calculate, hold and report all sales tax on items sold. Your sales paid and the store's commission are calculated before tax.
Yes. Makers can reserve the Market Tuesday - Sunday from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at a discounted space fee for hosting workshops and events. Maker provides all craft supplies. Made Market provides one employee for support in set up and store operations, table space, counter space and basic refreshment plasticware. Maker is required to collaborate with Made Market on event marketing, reservations and ticket sales. Commission on sales applies.
